So apparently I got the right plywood for it. Now to draw the leaves on it, maybe drill some holes, and pick out colors for it. Dr. Seuss colors of course. Now I believe the size in my head for the space I'm creating it for is right so I don't think I'll have any problems with that because I can lay them out on the garage floor when the time comes.
When I get home I have to start looking for long branches about 5 to 6 inches in diameter and hopefully they're not wet and or it hasn't snowed. Update about the Fund for Excellence that I applied for for this project: I got about $200 or so which is awesome. So no more worrying about money for awhile.
Also with the plywood, now seeing how big a piece the piece of plywood is I can safely say I need about 5 or 6 sheets which is like $100 to $120. That isn't too bad really.
update: its $250 for the Fund of Excellence!!
